Individual Therapy
Whether you have specific issues you want to work through, or are just curious to get to know yourself better, individual therapy can be for you. Together, we’ll develop insight into your patterns, learn & practice new coping techniques, and make the shifts you want in your daily life.

Sex Therapy
You deserve to know the many aspects of your sexual well-being and foster a positive approach to your sexual life. Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationship, dealing with personal holdups around sex, or simply looking to enhance your experience of sex & pleasure, I’m here to offer understanding, guidance, and practical strategies.
Topics can include:
Performance anxiety, sexual/pelvic pain, lack of desire/arousal, difficulty with orgasm, body image, sexual avoidance, sexual trauma, erectile dysfunction, compulsive sexual behavior
Couple’s Therapy
Are you facing communication challenges, relationship ruptures, differences in libido, or seeking to deepen your connection sexual or otherwise? If so, couple’s therapy may be for you. Together, we can navigate these issues, increase understanding & empathy, and learn skills to foster a more satisfying and fulfilling relationship.
Topics can include:
Desire discrepancies, communication challenges, loss of intimacy or sex life, exploring non-monogamy, parenting, infertility, pregnancy-related concerns, infidelity/affair recovery
Cancellation Policy: When cancelling or rescheduling sessions, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours from the scheduled session, I will make every effort to find an alternative time within the same week. If we are unable to do so, the session will be charged in full.
